The concept begins with the insertion of a new volume into the existing historical factory.It preserves the building's original structure while introducing the new volume and skylights, creating layered spaces that enhance user experience. It serves as a multifunctional hub for learning, social interaction, and community engagement.
Through adaptive reuse, it addresses sustainability, revitalizes urban spaces, and creates a unique environment that fosters cultural exchange, blending history with contemporary design principles.
